Hello folks!! I have just gotten my new Rick's R/R and VFRness for my 96... The R/R wont go back in the original position due to the length of the cooling fins. I am also installing the VFRness and was curious if any of you fine people have done this yet... Where did you place the R/R while still allowing the VFRness to reach without modification to the VFRness?

The bolt post (for lack of a better term) that the OEM R/R uses is far to short and the nut will not fit in between the fins of the replacement R/R anyway. Any ideas or past ecperience?

Also doing my first chain and sprocket replacement, which I am very excited about, went -1 on the front sprocket and I cannot wait to see how the bikes personality changes! Not really sure what to do to calibrate the speedo though. Anything cheaper than a Speedohealer out there?

    Thanks in advance,
    Graham
