I have a 97 750 and i'm looking to push as much power as i can. I have a KNN a shorty delkevic exhaust and i opened the jets a bit. Is there any sort of kit that I can put into the bike over the winter that will really give it some power?

    Easy horsepower...

Put it on a chassis dyno to get a few runs and get your baseline power, then

    1. Put an oem air filter in which has a larger opening area than the KNN, less restrictive to air flow and makes more hp.

    2. Put on a tuned exhaust system, not a fart tube. Loudness does not equal power.

    3. Use an exhaust gas analyzer to adjust your mixture for maximum power on the dyno, which will likely be oem or smaller mains depending upon altitude. You will decrease your fuel consumption and make more power. Right now you are making less power than a stock bike. Dumping more fuel with drilled out jets just makes you use more fuel, run rich and foul plugs, plus make less power.

    4. Add a Turbocharger kit.
