I'm throwing an Ohlins shock on the back of my 2nd Gen when it's nicer out.

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of any bushings, bolts, nuts or linkages I should replace, check, or grease up while I'm in there.

    Please and thanks.

Inspect and regrease them all, Matt, in accordance with service manual instructions.

With the relatively low miles on your bike, it's not likely that any parts need replacement, but do check for sloppy fits or scoring marks on the bolts and shafts where the needle bearings ride.

    +1, check and grease.

I finally got my Ohlins shocked bike back out on the road again after some repairs from getting hit and it soaks up the bumps pretty well along with the stiffer rate springs I replaced up front.

Major differences in handling from stock.
