2005 VFR purchased with Helibars

    Purchased my VFR last year that already had Helibars installed. My question is can the Helibars be adjusted up off of the triple clamp and secured to the forks? Im sure that for safety reasons, flush with the triple clamp is safer but the extra 1/2inch rise is very nice. Thanks for any info.
