2001 HONDA VFR800 INTERCEPTOR. THE PAST: Last year it sat in a shop for 9 months and was stripped down to the wire and redone to solve a problem I was having. Was some EMC thing that was wrong with it. The problem was fixed About a month ago this is a year afterwards from the shop that my f1 light started blinking. I never noticed it was coded so I just forgot about it cause the bike was running okay. Then it started missing and my exhaust turned red hot, I took it home and noticed that one of the spark plug wires was sitting on top of motor. So i replaced that and went ahead and replaced the plugs. It ran like gold but still had the f1 light. NOW: It will cruise fine, but when reach about 110 (was at track) the IGN-pump fuse blows cutting off all motor power etc. Well I can creep around town, drive it everywhere but when i get on it, it blows that fuse. keep in mind that the light is still on. I've pulled the bike apart and have all wiring exposed, no bare wires, no stripped wires, no weak connections, grounds are tight, plugs are tight, Voltage readings are perfect. But yet it blows. Earlier I did do a burnout and took it to 160mph and it didn't pop, took it on the interstate and it popped on the ramp at about 90... Someone please help me, my bike and I haven't rode since last summer when all these problems started.:frown: I need a downloadable service manual or a list of the codes and the solutions to them and how to check them etc. PLEASE HELP Located in Portsmouth, VA Can text 757 927 9739
