2005 VFR 800 mirror replacment/repair

Well to make a long story short a truck decided by bike looked better without the left hand mirror. Got a license from a witness but cops seem determined to be useless.
Anyways i need to replace my left mirror and i can not seem a place on where to order new mirrors. My current mirrors are broken right across the round part that fits into it's mount. For those with older vfr's is is simply a wide washer that attaches to the bike by having a bolt through it and is clamped down on it.
My main issue is that i have a 5 day ride starting Friday...today is Wensday morning. So i have effectively put a temp fix in place using crazy glue and 2 washers. I know it is not nice but i need to be able to see. I am worried about it's hold how ever. So 2 main questions

1)Where can some one get replacement or new mirrors for a 2005 vfr(see lots of 2002) maybe even extenders(the ones i did find needed the mirror, i have wide shoulders so these would be nice.

2)How you effectively repair such a break in a manner that would have no risk of failing?

Amazingly enough, the mirrors for an '05 are exactly the same as an '02.
