2002 Stator/Flywheel Question - Parts

I am upgrading my 2002 Flywheel and stator to the 2003 year since I cannot find a 2002 replacement stator. I ordered a new stator and a used flywheel along with the 2003 stator bolts and gasket. In the Honda 31100-MCW-305 upgrade kit (see attachment) there are 2 washers or? Since I am piecemealing my kit I am wondering what those two rings/washers are? I do not see anything like them in the blow up diagram of the stator OEM parts. Any help would be appreciated regarding what they are and how to order separately.
