Hi everyone, I’m new to the forum. Would like some advice. I’ve got a 98 model and looking at an engine swap with a 2001. As far as I can see pretty much all the engine part numbers are the same. My only concern is the electrical side of it. But I’ll use my existing harness and throttle bodies. Any help would be great cheers.

Maybe someone else knows better, but the only real difference is the wax motor for the starter valves... you taking your existing '98 TB's will keep everything the same.... rock on!

Should be a simple job, especially if you are using the '98 TBs and electrics.
