I was planning on replacing my oil pan today. I got to the step where I had to remove the right foot peg holder and realized I don't have a socket large enough for the pivot nut. I tried looking at parts micro fiches but I didn't see one that had that nut listed. Does anyone know its size so I can got get the right socket?

damn, I have it at home. I think it's the same as my axle nut on my track bike but I can't swear to it. I'll try to remember and check it this eve and get back to you.

No I looked at that...the thing is huge. The largest socket I have is a 19mm and it doesn't fit.

I should pick up a set of vernier calipers while I'm at it. ha!

I just measured with a tape measure...I only had one with feet&inches...it measures about an inch. So 25-26mm.
