Does anyone know how to fix a 1994-1997 choke? The lever moves back and forth fine. I think it might be the SE Valve.Does anyone have any experience have any experience replacing or fixing this part?

    choke cable

if it moves too easily (without any drag),
you most likely have a broken cable. this is an unusual problem, likely caused by improper routing of cable( who's been working on your bike??)........

And or it's popped off the lever thats mounted on the carbs that moves it, you'll have to take the tank off to see for sure, don't asume its a cable, never heard of that breaking could have also popped off the lever on the left grip too, but that too I've never seen. unless this vfr has been sitting a long time i'm thinking it has got disconected some how.
