Recently acquired a very low mile, super clean 1990 VFR 750F. Bike came with a complete ceramic coated header / exhaust with DID stainless muffler. Bike runs & shows excellent, but considering the purchase of a high end, Japanese-made stainless header to can system that increases flow & eliminates weight. Interested in learning if anyone has done a similar conversion & any problems encountered. Presume that jetting will be required. As back pressure will obviously be reduced, seeking input as to impact on performance & any related mods that should be considered. Appreciate any sage advice from other forums members who've... been there.

You'll want to run it on a dyno to know where to set the jetting. If that's a California bike, you're better off spending your money changing out the cams if it hasn't happened already.
