Greetings. The thin outer that is circliped to the drive gear should be under spring tension when indexed with the clutch basket gears, correct? If so: while fixing my starter clutch today (again) I noticed the drive gear was missing a spring. I had not properly meshed the thin outer with the clutch basket gears and one spring just rattled loose. DOINK. Do I assume correct?
