1985 VF700S Fuel Tank Lid

I just picked up my first street bike and am looking at doing the repairs the previous owner didn't want to do. The first thing is the fuel tank lid is destroyed (due to losing the key and being pried open I guess). It's not so bad, except that if the tank is full, fuel will spill out while going down hill.

I've found some sites saying they have them anywhere from $60-$90 but I was hoping to pick one up cheaper, but I don't know where to look.

Any ideas?
