Hey everyone, I'm new to this site and i wondering if anyone could help me. I just bought my first motorcycle. It is a 1984 vf100f. It needed work when I bought it, but I was up for the challange. When I finally got the thing running, I noticed that there was a bad ticking noise in the engine. I removed the front vavle cover and noticed that one of the cam lobes was worn and out of adjustment with the lifter. I adjusted the lifter and it made it quieter but some noise is still present. I was wondering if there is a fix for this problem. Aftermarket cams or anything else I will need to do. Please help.
