We Took out Kris's VFR out for the first real ride after the repairs and mods. She rode the Viffer of course me and my 16 year old daughter hopped on the Fazer with the soft bags for some water, our camera some snivel gear & my Walther 99:2guns: Left our place and headed about 40 minutes south along a GREAT Twisty road we like to the river to cross over to West Virgina. No problems at all to this point other than my daughter moving around screwing with an MP3 player, moving her weight around and keeping me from enjoying the road:mad2: And one scarry ass toll bridge over the Ohio with expanded steel decking rather than pavement Crossing over into the land of merried siblings we stopped in the town of Chester to down some water then headed south long the river to the town of Weirton crossed back to Ohio and took a slightly different route north, Stopped for a crumby Mc burger and made it back to Ohio route 170 for more twisties on the way home. On the new rubber, the Bridgestone Battlax, she loved them, she claimed a much more responsive ride with the 180 rear and the new 16'' CBR900RR rim. She also noted the CBR break rotors just grabbed better then the stock viffer breaks did. She had aboslutly no complaits & loves it even more now. Next time we go farther.
