I just bought the bike, a great find with only 3400km on it! Mint shape of course. Anyway, I have been looking into a new exaust system, I would one that mimicks the look of the factory. Does anyone have any suggestions/pictures?

You can do a partial gut, or a full gut to the factory cans so that unless someone knows what they're looking at they'll never know the difference. There are multiple threads on here with pictures devoted to this subject in particular if you do a little search. Welcome to the addiction we call the VFR.

There is nothing out there that mimicks the looks of the stock silencers. I think I would consider the Laser Xtreme to be the closest when looking from behind but not from the side however I don't believe they are available for purchase in the USA or Canada anymore as all the distributors have stopped supporting Laser. After the Laser's, everything is dual mufflers with single outlets per muffler.

My suggestions would be Staintunes and Leo Vince. I'd highly suggest replacing the stock headers with an aftermarket set from Delkevic or Motad and doing the O2 sensor and PAIR valve elimination.

I just put Staintunes on mine. They sound great.
If you want to hear them let me know. I'm in Edmonton also.
