The pipes are made by a company in Australia called formula 1. http://www.formula1mc.com.au/index.htm

I've e-mailed the company and they said that they cannot sell to the united states due to insurance regulations?????????

If this is true, it sucks!

I know it's personal taste, but I think the Staintunes look better than the squared off BOS cans, and I know their quality won't disappoint (nor will their sound)...
I can't get that Laser 4 link to work, any other pics of those pipes out there on the web? 8)

Go back to the Formula 1 site and click on new releases, on the top is the new CBR600RR and under that is the VFR 800 (2002)

Gotcha - but YIKES! $1800
They are cool, but that's a lotta coin...unless Aussie dollars are 3 to 1 U.S.! As advertised, they are a work of art. But my wife would disembowel me if I dared :p

    That's not too bad...
If anyone puts the Lasers on board, be sure to post your thoughts on installation and performance.
(I'll bet there are some great coastal roads in Australia to lean a viffer around ;D)

I just saw a set of those Laser 4 pipes for sale at a dealer in Cleveland OH. Price, about $800. They said it was the only set they'd seen, and was the only set they could get imported.

    Interesting.

By the way, I think the BOS system looks great -- it fits the bodywork of the VFR much better than any of the others.

I too agree the BOS Exhaust system would be great on the VTEC. After searching their web-site it seems they are not currently available but will be soon.
