So I managed to fix the issue, it was the wrong bit of metal on the board. Put it all back together an the head lights are dimmed. Very weird??
I have the same issue but there's no power going to the PCB I tried this wire and still nothing. No clock or fuel gauge any ideas. The fuse is fine.
