for oil, we use shell rotella T6 on all of our bikes its a full synthetic and its $20-25 for a gallon at wally world if you search around you will...

Well all i have left from my 85' vf500f are the rims, have been trying to sell them for a while, but having no luck. the tires are bridgestone...
yes the frame will be steel, but good luck if you do try to mount the motor onto the cbr. but like i said with the wheels, PM jaimydaugherty on...
the vf motor into the cbr, not sure but you could make the plastics fit the vf, just have to do some fab work and about the swingarm/wheels/shock...
