    I'll try the throttle adjustment, that should help a lot. and yes, the bike was free... a friend of mine moved from the bay area to seattle a year...

    Just picked up the bike in the Bay Area and rode it home to Seattle, left on Sunday and arrived in Seattle on Monday...nice weather the whole way...
