I do not have my prints handy, but is it a two wire temp sensor, if so measure ohms from ground side to frame, key off for this test
does it do it in neutral?
pick up some split wire loom, will fix that mess up
what voltage is at the relay/flasher

do both sides again, set dmm to dc, your readings are not makinging sense. make sure you have a good ground point for the blaclk lead
and you said the left side worked before right?
did you jumper the relay connection as before and have the ign on
measure and you will know

fuse box right side in front of handle bar
check fuse E
measure with red probe right at sig light to the actual frame, this will eliminate 12vdc wire issue right to the light. if 12 volts you know it is...
with it jumpered, measure voltage to fram ground at front right signal light. if 12v then chase down your ground issue. or jumper the green wire...
