Thurn still has them avalible. The ones they sell does require you to drill a mayjor hole in the side of each lower cowl....

I should add I did have it rejeted when I took the stock muffler off many years ago.
Last time I had my 97 on a dyno around two years ago I had 95 and some spare change with around 100,000 miles and no motor work since new...not...
Even better if you look at my bike you would never guess it had any thing close to that amount of miles.
My 97 has around 150k. Don't have a exact # with three differnt odometers after totaling it three times and bringing back to like new condition...

I have a smuggler on my 97. Works great,seat is nice,corbin paint job said to match OEM color sucks. If you get one have some one you trust pait it.
