Parting out my '85 VF500F (56k Warning: If you have slow internet, reconsider)

As the title says, I've begun to break down the bike into it's major components.

I have everything available, I'll start posting up pics/prices as I get stuff off, but if you need something specific or don't want to wait until I get around to it, post up what it is you need.

Tank, Seat, Pipes (not including mufflers), carburetor, air box, fuel pump, R/R (I have the original and a spare that I bought), upper fairing) and many other parts ready to go.

The bike is currently a rolling chassis, all parts are up for grabs, just name the part and I'll shoot you my asking price.

Last pic before the parting began.

And everything that is still on the bike,

The tank has a small ding in it from my tank slapper when I laid her down, but is in otherwise great repair, includes working fuel petcock (Gasoline not included!)

The fairing has been down on the left side, the left rear most mounting/screw point is cracked,

Chin/Lower fairing has some scratches on the underside, but still a great piece

I'll get more detailed as the bike is disassembled more.

Most of these parts will be up on fleabay by tomorrow.

I am interested in your price on the upper front and lower front fairings, respectively? I really want the lower, but and your windshield is way cleaner than mine, so....??

Sorry, if you want them you'll have to go through ebay now, I didn't get enough interest via this thread to hold out selling on ebay to prioritize VFRW members.

I wouldn't know if it would fit a 700. Regardless, the tank is already sold, best of luck finding a tank!

All my parts are pretty much gone at this point,

Why'd you decide to part yours out Viff? You seemd to have good knowledge about them, you helped me out a lot! Also, any parts you got left laying around? I may be in need of something soon...

Sorry, my stuff is pretty much gone at this point. I still have the motor and misc parts, other than that, not much.

The valve train was bust, I had to come to terms with the fact that it'd be more cost effective to invest future money and effort into a new(er) bike, after the parts and labor to fix the valves, it would need a valve adjust, carb sync, source of coolant leak found, etc. etc. Though I hated to part it out and see her go, I had to admit I don't have the means to keep up with the responsibility of a vintage bike.

I have the whole engine/tranny in my garage, but I don't really want to part the engine unless I was selling it as a whole; else I be left with a piston/cam/and headless engine that nobody wants.

Yeah... 130 pounds is a little iffy. I'd have to crate it. But if you're willing to sort out the shipping details, I'll be more than glad to send you my whole assy.

    Stopper

I am looking for both stoppers off of the swingarm (they are labeled #4 on the Fiche swingarm page) and a lot of hardware missing from the bike I'm rebuilding. Do you have this part and if you do, would you take paypal? You can email me at theoddegg at gmail dot com. Thanks.
