Hello all. My name is Jamie and I have just purchased a 2002 VFR800 on Thursday May 2nd and I am just so excited. I wanted this bike back in 2002 but I had just gotten into the service and didn't have much money and/or credit. I am just so happy to finally have gotten the bike I have been after for so long. I am planning on putting an exhaust system on it and I want it to rival my brothers bike, he has a Suzuki Sv1000, and it sounds nice. I want the performance perks but I'm really after as throaty of a sound as I can get and the sound clips have helped a little but I'm still not sure which will be best for me. I currently live in Jacksonville, FL where I am attending flight school so if there is anyone around me here...I'd love to go riding and get/share knowledge. Otherwise any advice is greatly appreciated. Gonna get some pics up as soon as I get some taken and I figure out how to post them. Once again I am excited to be a part of this VFR group.
