Hi, Privateer I think if you can avoid high tourist (June to the Labour's day weekend) season, you can have very nice ridings around Victoria and the Vancouver Island. We, as motorcycclists do not need to line up for ferries so we never miss ferries because of many cars in front of us. Many free ways have been constructed on the Vancouver Island, so old winding highways are very nice. I often go there for bicycling.
