    It's Here!!

    Guys the seat arrived and it's on the bike. I haven't rode it yet, but just sitting on it you can tell the difference. Quality is top noth, and I love the compartment built into the seat.
    Fit was not a problem, and I can still use my Luggage Locker Seat Sac.
    I'll test it tomorrow with about a 100 mile ride. So far, I'm lovin it:biggrin:
    Come on YODA, you have to get one:biggrin: :biggrin:

    Benjammer - That seat looks awesome. I've got a 07 RWB and want to get one as well. Does it accept the rear seat cowl???

    Rear Seat Cowl

    Appreciate it.
    Just as Surfer Bastage stated, it does fit. I haven't tried mine, but in the instructions it states that it will fit, just go slow.

    Jason I have to agree with you....it does class up the look. Never realized how boring the OEM seat looked until I put this bad boy on.
    Jason keep me in the Loop if you get one.

    Ohhh Man! See now I feel left out. Thanks for showing that it fits a cell phone in the storage bin. I showed my wife the pics, and told her that with the stock seat, my family jewels get pinch with the gas tank when i brake. She gave me the approval. So I just have to wait for the moneys from the bonus to arrive. But I'm definetly buying it!

    SS = Bastage :wink:

    I have to agree with Benjammer... mine came in the mail yesterday and the quality is great- in fact, it weights noticeably more than the stock seat. Why do bike manufacterers put such lousy seats on $10,000+ bikes? Anyway, I'll be taking it out for a ride Sunday. Can't wait!

    I put an order in to sandhill for a blk/blk on 4/30.:biggrin: It should be here friday 5/9. Has anyone noticed if it is easier to get your legs to the ground. I have a 30" inseam and weigh 130lbs. I rotated the triangles and dropped the front 10mm. It made a world of difference in stopping/maneuvering. Handling at low/high speed is much improved as well. I originally dropped the front 20mm to match the rear and the bike felt like it wanted to fold up. :eek: The steering was not neutral at all. 49 mm from the triple clamp to the indent on the tube for the clip-on retainers. Real nice. Bike is stable and goes easily where you point it. Low speed maneuvering is much better. I hope the seat will help me feel like I'm in the bike and not bouncing on the seat. Feedback?

    thanks silver.

    Looks good as I suspected. Does the DB windshield help? I am 5'7" and surprised how much the air is bothering me with the stock.

    Yes, the DubBub does make a huge difference. I'm 6'0 and at speed on the freeway I can tuck down behind it and barely feel my head moving at all. The stock screen made me feel like a bobble-head doll at speeds over 60. I've used the seat for a long (300+ mile) trip and it provided great support and I was able to ride longer without stops. Sandhill Powersports seems to have the best price whether you buy it in a group buy or just at their regular price.
