    Hello Group,
Does anyone have any experience buying from www.Exoticsportbike.com
I've ordered a slip-on Monday, but haven't received any info on when product will be shipped. Only received conformation email on order received. Are they ok?

    Thanks,
    TWeber

Yeah, how'd it work out? I might want to order from them too... I ordered Staintunes from Helmetheadcyclegear.com but they said the next shipment will be 2-3 weeks away. I'm waiting for them to get it, but if exoticsportbike.com has them in stock and u had no problems with them, I might as well just get it from them.

    Hey guys,
I received my pipe last Tuesday. That only happened after I became a major pain in their a**. A few key points you need to know if you plan to use their service.
    1. There isn't any form of customer support, they never answered the support line, NEVER. you must use the web chat WTF????... When it's up
    2. Rob, the sales rep, was totally disrespectful telling me to "shut the hell up" and then he hung up on me when I pressed him as to why my order wasn't shipped after they gave me a delivery date. 3 different dates were given. The UPS tracking # didn't become active until 3 days after it was emailed to me. And that only happened because I continually called for the status of my order. These calls had to be made to the sales dept., because customer service NEVER answered the phone, who insisted they had no control of the service dept. which were in charge of shipping.
    3. I've never received an invoice via email or in the shipment.
Now remember my first order was for the Staintune hi mount which they said was in stock. The very next day I called to change the order to the low mount, which they said was no problem. After 4 days with no info on the shipping, I called for an update, and was told that they actually didn't have the Staintune in stock and wouldn't have them until the end of May. My original order was placed 03/31/08. At that point I requested to have my payment returned to my credit card, was instructed to fax back the cancellation formed they emailed me, which i did. I then received a call from Exotic trying to save the sale by stating i could get the current price for the Staintune if i kept the order, because the pipes would be going up to 600.00 when the pipes do come in. I told them that was too long to wait, lets order the 2Bros. That was on 04/02/08, received the 2Bros 04/22/08. So if you do decide to go with Exotic, make sure you've tried the other sites first IE Pipecity or a site with real mailing address. Now the M5 Low Mount Carbon Fiber exhaust, it really sounds good, nice low rumble with a sweet growl in the mid to hi revs. It was easy to install all parts were included plus a tube of high temp sealant for the S-Bend pipe. I will say that 2Bros does recognize Exotic as an authorize dealer of their product. My advice is that if you do use Exotic stay on top of your order and make sure the idem is really in stock.

    Thanks,
    TWeber

I ordered a Staintune pipe for my 2000 VFR and I had no problems receiving the order. That was last year, so the details are a little blurry. But I got the pipe and it sounds great.
