So, what (if anything) goes on your bike key?

I've got a simple keychain of the character Blooregard from the cartoon Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends (I still watch cartoons, so sue me). Doesn't scratch up my fuse box.

And no I don't own a Goldwing , when I had a spare key made they were out of the normal blanks, but the Goldwing blanks work just the same (I'm wearing the spare out and keeping the original).

He's red white and Bloo! Totally matches the bike.

My bike keychain is from my favorite Sanrio character, BADZ MARU! He has attitude, dont look girly, and like bikes. I have one badz maru stuffed animal keychain hanging in my cage rearview mirror too.

Hey, then we will really be twins Bri!! I've stopped worrying what people think of me a looooong time ago. I have never lost a key with my flexie thing, and it doesn't scratch my triple clamp....plus I can wind the spiral around my extra house key on my keychain so that doesn't scratch my triple either.

I use tape.... it holds things together. Hard case key and bike key. Keeping these together is key.

Both of my bikes have this one. I keep nothing other than the bike key on the keychain.

    KC-10 FE out...

I have one of those Honda "Red Rider" keychain fobs...made of that really soft rubber.

I have a nice metal Honda key chain for the spare key but that never leaves the drawer.

I have a PRS keychain for the PRS guitar, a Toyota key chain for the Tacoma, a Martin keychain for the Martin Guitars, a Taylor key chain for the Taylor guitars, etc. Get it? A man has got to accessorize...

Well... I usually leave the key solo so nothing scratches the triple clamp.

Ditto. I do carry a spare key on a key ring with a disk-lock key in my pocket, just in case.

I have a key chain I picked up in Hawaii. It has a clear plastic gecko (lizard) on it. When it is exposed to sunlight it turns dark blue.

I have a little plastic tag from the war amps.
the ones that if you find you leave in a mail box and it will be returned to you. Does not flap around.
No other keys on the ring.

wish there was some way i culd just attach it onto my key ring but with a wireless unlock and about 12 keys that won't happen.

Ok, Kids...some general hints for keys:
I have a LOT of keys...I use a carabiner (those are the spring-loaded thingies that mountain climbers use for ropes, right?). I have several groups of keys on rings (work keys, home keys, car/bicycle/MC lock keys, etc). The rings can be easily attached and detached from the carabiner. The truck/car/VFR keys are individual, each one can be attached to the master set with a minature spring-loaded device (available at hardware stores) that stays on the carabiner. That way, I can unclip a key and drive away with nothing banging or hanging down from the ignition. It saves your ignition lock and key (no excess weight wearing them out) and is very clean. When I get out or off the car/motorcycle, I immediately clip it back on so I never lose a key.
    A system for everything...
