The VFR800 has slightly more comfortable Ergos with Stiffer frame and better suspension making fell it a little better planted on the road, the exhaust music with Staintunes is still V4 brilliant and the Gen 6 Headlights are fantastic in comparison to the Gen 4, you may miss your Gen 4's Gear Driven Cam sounds though.

Are you thinking of a 5th or 6th generation?

OML not again. How much for your 4th? LOL man you need to ride one of the other models, it's to personal. No way am I going to sit here and type up just how much the 4th is better over the others. As far better suspension goes, thats a wash. Yes you sit up more, 5th gens have a wee bit different gear whine sound. FI is nice, but not as smooth, wind screen is a wee bit taller, LCD gauges. oh ya gota love the linked brakes, NOT! What else? But really you need to go try one on for size.

No its not, the Gen 6 has beefier 43mm Fork tubes to the Gen 4's 41mm and both the Gen 5 & 6 have light weight triple box Pivotless frames with a longer SSA mounted directly to the engine for increased rigidity and stability...all of which are very important to Journos when writing magazine reviews.
