I cover mine up everyday I ride it to work, pretty much required if I want to avoid sap and bird sh!t since our parking lot is full of trees. I picked up a simple universal sport bike cover from JC Whitney for $30 bucks a few years ago that works just great.

    Action,

You make me so proud it almost brings a tear to my eye.....

Your baby is much more protected from mean old Mr Sun now!

Reg....c'mon now, a bike cover and your bike do now belong in the same sentence. Your old girl has been dropped more times than Pamela Lee.....the dirt holds her together! hahaha! Messin' buddy!

Mine sits out exposed at work, but it gets a warm garage any other time I'm not riding it.

I used to put it in a Warehouse area here at the office which was purchased to build our new Data Center. That warehouse sat most of the winter with nothing happening in it as we designed the DC and got approvals from the township to begin contruction, but construction started about 2 weeks ago, so outside the bike went. When they are done at the end of the year, I have a little space for it planned near the loading dock! but this summer it will be sitting outside.

I was stationed at Shaw AFB, SC for 18 months. I worked mid shift for 12 of those 18 months. I rode to work year round. I worked in a shop with its own parking lot & a total of 77 people. My Dowco cover was stolen. I know who stole it but had no proof other than my word against his.

AAANNNDDD those asswipes wonder why I retrained & left.

    KC-10 FE out...

I got a fully secured parking garage for work, so no fear of theft or getting too much sun. The best part is, if I park on the third floor of the garage I can turn around in my chair anytime of day to check on it.
