Ok after about wanting to kill myself looking for fairings and such for my bike , i wanted to get with everyone and find out what everyone knows , i think we could all benefit , so every1 ...i have a 96 vfr ...:) does anyone know if any other fairings would work on these bikes???maybe with just new brackets or something??it would be so nice if you didnt have to swap forks and all that crap just to fit diff fairings on them...dont get me wrong i LOVE the way it looks now...but with prices and availability they make it soo hard for anyone needing replacements ... ok so what about say the engines ...maybe putting a cbr 900 , or a honda 1000 thousand or anything on them that is even close to compatible...again i love the 750 ...but would love to be able to have more torque in the upper gears and such for pointing at the sky or whatever...if you know what i mean....also anyone got any ideas to get more power out of our 750's beside's the normal tune up stuff... so basically fairing compatibility and engine compatibility .....and such....but dont get the wrong idea's please i LOVE my vff just the way the japs made it lol , just thought it would be a great duiscussion and maybe help alot of us thanks

    and safe and happy riding

^ Yep he took cbr600 fairings, besides also doing if I recall a RC51 front. But to answer your question, Nope, No, Nata, nothing swaps easily or even lines up with out a lot of mods, the 4th gen is a whole different cat than a 3rd.
