    Hi guys,
Just yesterday purchased my first vfr. 98 red. Gen 5 seemed well recommended. So far so good , although it does feel different and will require some getting used to. I also have a 1980 kawsaki kz1000 ltd and 1972 kawasaki h2 750.

Been riding for many years but recently returned due to son's interest. He wants an RR1, but I'm not real interested in crotch rockets. The vfr seems to be more middle of the road. I also do all my own work.

Look forward to hearing from others.

    Dave

I had an old '82 GS 1100E, Great air cooled In-line 4. You can't go wrong with the V4. Hope you'll find us a bunch of freaks about the V4. We all love our bikes. Have fun , and enjoy.

Good morning Dave. Welcome to the world of VFR's. The best VFR forum around, IMO.

Good for you! Sharing a passion with her son...how cool! And three bikes...aren't you the lucky one? Enjoy! You'll find the VFR to be a great ride.
