KISS the Dynasty Tour at the Civic Arena in Pittsburgh PA '78-'79. Front Row right in front of Ace Frehley. I was 15. Over those years and into the early '90's I was lucky enough to see a lot of great shows between the Civic Arena, Stanley Theater, Three Rivers Stadium, and Star Lake Ampatheater. I saw Randy Rhodes shortly before he was killed. I saw Ted Nugent at the Stanley on the Wango Tango Tour. I met Mr. Nugent at the War Memorial Auditorium in Oakland (Suburb of Pittsburgh where the University of Pittsburgh is located). Too many other act to list.

My first was KISS when I was 16 years old. What a band to see for my first concert experience! I don't think I've ever been the same since!

Yeah, the damn cheap Hippies tore down the fence and tried to see them for free. Since the cops were bored after the Democratic National Convention, they needed to practice their 'riot control' technique.

Cool to hear from the Pittsburghers here. Grew up in the south hills.
1st concert was Don Francisco(Christian Folk) with the folks in 197-something.
Been to see Amy Grant several times.
Does this guy know how to party, or what?

I'll give you the first offering from the UK.

Skid Row (Seb Bach et al) on their first solo tour (88/89) of the UK after touring with Bon Jovi. In a little theatre in Liverpool.

Biggest concert was U2 outdoors and biggest clash of styles must have been Aerosmith supported by Steve Vai.
