put a staintune and PC3 (w/2 O2 elims) in this weekend. was quite surprised at how easy the exhaust went in. took me twice as long just to remove the damn fairing to access the O2's. i mapped the PC3 with the proper download from their website and all seems to work well. blew a little blue smoke at first but cleared up a few miles down the road. perhaps the factory computer had to rethink things.
also i was able to make a "factory" fender eliminator using the mounting bracket that's under the original plastic fender. granted you lose the license plate light, but when the fender is removed and plate is relocated, it's close enough to the rear brake/driving light you don't need it. i did have to drill 1 hole in the plate itself, but hey i also saved $50-$60 by using the extra crap i intended to toss anyway.
    here's a look:

did you go with the $30 o2 eliminator option or the Radio Shack .99 cent?
Everything looks great. How do you like the sound? Happy with the Staintunes?

i wanted to keep that portion of the system all power commander so i went with the $30 option. just in case...
the staintunes look just incredible. and the sound is perfect. just loud enough to alert nearby cars as to my presence. a nice deep throaty growl.

Eliminators are in and I finally got to really ride today. Throttle response is so much better!!! The bike feels like it can be ridden through a corner without worrying so much about the bike jolting from a little throttle input. Whats really great is the motor is more usable now and feels more refined. Totally changed the bike, I put that off for way too long.

ahhh. good news AE. I agree with you about the throttle jolting, never have liked that about this bike. ...or the RPM stall, or vtec transition

Did you try it with AND without the O2 eliminators? Dynajet told me I didn't need them on my '04. I noticed the same major throttle response improvement as you mention. I'm just curious if the O2 eliminators make any significant difference. They are easy enough to install and not expensive if I go the Radio Shack route.
