ID Patches

Probably some of you guys are aware that the six gen guys are getting patches made. What does everybody think about desiging and getting patches made spicifically for us gen fivers? I think I have a pretty good idea for a design. :flock: eddie

Derstuka I guess you are Happy as a Hog in Slop now that you have your own club! Until you get your own, I'll get you a Sixth Gen Patch so you won't feal like the Red Headed Bastard:biggrin:

 

Maybe Stuka's girlfriend Manuela can be our mascot.

I'm a USAF vet, so the AF patches are near and dear to my heart..

We could be the: 5th Gen Air Force, V4 Fighter Wing, 781st Fighter Squadron

Ya but guys, how about a patch if you a member of our wonderful club ? i would like to have a big patch on the back of my leather jacket just to let everyone know were not some little hand full of riders, why cant we have chapters, were all over the whole world and i would love to display who i run with.
for the most part were a good bunch of folks, like a family and i would'nt mind paying my shair like a fee for what ever it took to do my own ?
Jason can you chat with your new father (michael our Administrator) about this idea ?

Why repeat the military theme? Go with the "Brotherhood" angle.

 

I love the idea of a patch so I'm in, but, for the moment I'm just trying to figure out how to get youtoob to cooperate. (Shouldn't you be on a Ducati Derstuka?)
As ex-military, I don't see why it has to be military themed and I'm pretty sure my female VFR pal won't be thrilled about the Brotherhood angle, but hell, you make it - I'll wear it.

Wow...you 5th generation guys must really be suffering from "small-junk" syndrome :biggrin: As an active duty Air Force member, I'm really having to bite my tongue. I hate to tell you guys...these are bikes, not planes (or missiles) :biggrin: But, if it makes you feel like more of a man, go for it. Just out of curiosity, did it cross anyone's mind to make a patch for VFR riders in general? *sigh* Before long, you guys will be making coins, I swear...

 

One, it's Airman with a capital A, not soldier. I'm no ground pounder. Second, liberal right wing views? Sort of an oxymoron, isn't it? Third, it's spelled fourth...not forth. Why don't we have a 5th gen militia?

I keep seeing all this 6th gen. brotherhood stuff...

i'm in for patches... and a name i can put in my signature

 

I'm not Military but am fine with the Militia part. Any way I can show my support to our guys, (and yours too) I am all for.

Female riders opposing the term "Brotherhood" can move on to their own "Sisterhood" if they so choose. Otherwise they should feel welcome here.

I really do like the idea of identifying where you are form on your patch though. This could be a new road for VFRWorld to take.
