How do i get this thing off? I have the 46mm nut and the washer off but I can't get the sprocket carrier seperated from the swingarm. What am I doing wrong? Should I heat it up? I don't want to ruin the rubbers or bearings or seals.
    HELP!

Did you loosen the pinch bolt on the back of the swing arm? Can't remember for sure, but might have to loosen it first....

Sounds like you need to get a bigger hammer, actually I'm no help, never had one apart, If I may be so bold to ask, Why you're needing it off?

I think I do. It should just slide off according to the manual (at least thats what it looks like) I need to get it off because I have to put it in another swingarm. Long story.

After reapeted blows with a hammer and a block of wood, I finally got it off. Time for a very thorough cleaning and some anti seize.

Well, it's not actually that long of a story. I have an 02 SV650 and I want to install a VFR wingarm on it. I bought a completer 94-97 swingarm and wheel a few years ago in preparation for this mod. Recently I found out tat the 90-93 swingarm works much better for this so I was able to find just the swingarrm without the hub. So here I am, I need to get the hub off of the 94-97 and installed on the 90-93 so I can start fabing this thing up.
