Genuine Honda 6th GEN Carbon meter cover and yoke cover available, updated pricing.

    Good evening all.
In response to a number of requests, I am sourcing the following 6th Gen genuine accessories from Australia, and posting them to the USA:

Please bear in mind that these parts are ONLY available for 6th Gen models.

Genuine Honda Carbonfibre meter panel cover, $165AUD + $5AUD to cover Paypal charges, $170AUD shipped to Continental USA. Pricing current and correct as of 13th of August 2009.

Genuine Honda Carbonfibre yoke cover, $135AUD + $5AUD to cover Paypal charges, $140AUD shipped to Continental USA. Pricing current and correct as of 13th of August 2009.

Please bear in mind that these parts are ONLY available for 6th Gen models.

Shipping would be marginally cheaper for both items together, so $300AUD in total (including Paypal charge of approx $10AUD) for both when shipped at the same time.
I had to add the extra to cover Paypal, as their charge can make the difference between my breaking even and losing money.

Lead time is approximately one month. Payment accepted via paypal.

Use XE - The World's Favorite Currency and Foreign Exchange Site to convert from your currency to AUD.

Bear in mind that the prices are subject to change, ONLY because of the fluctuations in exchange rates etc. Also remember that Paypal ALWAYS gives a lower exchange rate than normal.

    PM me for details.

They are held on by a number of very thin strips of high grip double sided tape.

Are they difficult to install? Do they slip into place over top of exhisting parts? Do you have to remove handlebars? They definately look awesome!

Extremely easy to install. No need to remove anything in my experience. Clean yoke and/or meter cover thoroughly with some prepsol or similar. Slightly warm the yoke/meter panel and CF bit with a hairdryer. Peel backing off double sided tape. Stick on and press firmly. Leave for an hour or so. Kick back and enjoy the new look.

Well I am definately interested. Would go good with my CF resevior caps, tank pad, and rear hugger. Wish I would have bought a CF exhaust now...oh well.I wonder what the exchange rate from CAD to AUD would be? Would be even cheaper if there were multiples shipped. Someone please keep me informed. Thanks!

That button turns off the H.I.S.S. warning light that flashes on the instrument panel. May be an Australian/Euro spec thing...

I probably should increase the price by $10 or so AUD because frickin paypal take a big chunk out of it...

    H.I.S.S.
    Honda Ignition Security System.
The little red light flashes on the panel to let everyone know that there is a security system fitted.
