IMO, that frame looks cool, but there is no lower support brace (see picture below for what I mean). It looks like it could possibly bend/break if unless you only load it very lightly.

Yeah, I know, you just want to know where to get it. Sorry, don't know...even after some searching.

That looks like it is more for a type of tailbag than a box, something small and not meant to support a lot of weight.

    Nope.

That clearly has the two bottom mounting lugs, and the top click in connecter for Givi or Kappa boxes. No top plate for a top box though, but the same connectors are there. I'd guess at Kappa, since Givi stuff almost always uses the wingrack.

EDIT : A simple search through the site mentioned on the pic turned up this page : http://www.getgeared.co.uk/acatalog/FIVE_STARS_Motorcycle_Luggage_Top_Case_Racks.html

Its a Kappa mount. Will take either Kappa boxes or Givi.
I've used one for 8yrs and never had any problem with it.

    hi alexi!
i'm mikyvale from italy.the top box you asked for is a givi support.(first version).
i had this when i 'bought my vfr in 2001,it was looking very good because is very little but it has a big problem...infact during 2003 summer holidays, this item has been brocken because it can't bear the weight of a full givi box bag.
is very sensitive infact givi replace it free despite the warranty was expired...
since that day i've mounted the new version, very strong!!!
    mikyvale
    ps:i apologize for my english...

It's a Givi mount specially for the 5th gen. I'm using the exact same thing. The picture shows the rack and the mounting plate for the box. Yuo can change the mounting plate to fit other boxes.
