I am looking to take my rear turn signals and put them where my two out side brake lights are.I am having some trouble finding yellow or even clear lens covers for the out side brake lights, so i can make them turn signals. If any one can help plaese do so. thank you.

I remember people saying that in Europe they came in amber and only here in North America they were red. I used mine with the red lenses and had no issues. They were still more visible than some of the aftermarket tiny signals that you see some guys installing. Have a look at my pictures to see what it does to the tail end. Super clean!

I incorporated mine into the break light housing as well - kept it red. That was near 10 years ago and have never had any issues.
Piece of cake to do too.
I have a '92 - so should be the same as yours.
    Good luck
