I bought my 03 about 2 months ago and love it. My cousin just bought a RWB 07. After riding both, the bikes seem to run different, if that makes sense. Mine seems a little more responsive and easier to take off. One doesn't seem "faster" than the other. Being that I bought mine used, where would a PC be if there was one on it? Might be a stupid question, but just asking...

I don't think you would miss it. Typically it would be located under the seat in the place that the tool kit would normally occupy. That tends to be out of the weather more than other locations and I also believe that is what is recommended in the installation instructions.

I found there was a big smoothness difference in my 2005 with the PCIII and O2 Sensor Elmininator, but I also saw a difference when I pulled and plugged the Flapper valve vent tube. You might want to check for other mods as well.

I had my PC III and 02 eliminators installed about two months ago and
there is a difference. Much smoother, no hesitation or flat spots.
