I have the Metzeler Sportec M3's and I love them. I was running M1's, but they wear very fast, so I switched to M3's. I have over 6000 on my front, and I haven been getting around 4000+ out of my rear. Really depends on how you ride. I kinda take off fast a lot.

there are many opinions about the tires.I prefer long life and good handling.

So many tires to choose from I know. There are tires out there with longer life, but then you might sacrifice some grip. I have been running Metzeler's for years, and I have nothing but praise for them. They handle great. M1's are just too soft to be practical for me, but the M3's are a good tradeoff for extra mileage. Michelins are good as well. Some people on here will for sure chime in about their Conti Road Attacks....because of the good feedback I might try them someday.

I joined the VFR "Insider" and viola! Big it became. Larger avatar is one of the benefits of the membership, that and up to 500 pm's can be stored, and larger pictures loaded.
