Recipes for Heart patients who are diabetic

Hey folks, my mom is diabetic and a heart patient. If anyone has recipes that are good for such a person, please share. Thanks

If you google "heart patient diet" and "diabetes diet" I am sure you will find lots of recipes.

 

Hmm, know little about these conditions, I am sure google can help, or maybe some society for diabetics has a webpage, there are a lot of people out there with it.

I am not sure, but buying her a VFR could help. Cheerios always says it lowers cholesterol, maybe eat those for breakfast instead of eggs?

My youngest son is Autistic and he requires a special diet which is VERY similar to diabetics. It's called the "specific carbohydrate diet". We have seen a big improvement from him ever since we started it.I definetely recommend it.just google the name and you should come up with a site or two.or if you need anything else just send me a msg and I'll help ya.
