Hello, all. My shop manual shows that the 6th gen VFR has many non-reusable bolts, such as the front brake caliper and the front rotor. Anybody dealt with these yet?

For what it is worth, for those of you who do not have a shop manual, I certainly do not mind looking up torque settings or miscellaneous info, provided it does not turn into a full time occupation.

One of the items not covered is fork cartridge disassembly and inspection. Anybody know of a decent piece of literature that covers cartridge fork mechanical specifics?

Most of these 'Non-reusable bolts come with a thread locking compound already on the bolt. Personally, with these bolts, I clean them off, inspect them, and use new loctite.
