I've got a Garmin Street Pilot 550 that I can mount to mine using a R-A-M Mount System from Cycle Gadgets. Mine is not really made for a motorcycle but it works for what I need, plus I rarely ride in the rain, since the Street Pilot is not water resistant.

Garmin 60csx, I bought that one when I still had a trail bike. The screen is not as big, but I can use it for trail riding, hiking and street riding.

I use the Garmin iQ3600. It's a PDA/GPS and it's been real nice having with the bike.

Garmin nuvi 660. Suction mount to face of speedometer. Not waterproof, so I keep a ziplock bag in my tank bag.

Magellan meridian platinum. It's what I use for hiking, also works well in the clear top of the tank bag. Pluses - down loadable topo maps W/elevation lines, SD card expandable, water proof, compass you can use standing still, baro, and moon phase. Minus - older (4 yrs) so no color screen, screen is too small to see on the move.

I have a Garmin GPSIII. It is not one of those fancy color screen, resturant finding jobs, but does a great job getting me where I want to go. I have it mounted with a mount I made out of a aluminum.

You sure about that? I had two Street Pilots, the III, and then the color (actually still have that one gathering dust in the back of a closet somewhere), but both were fully waterproof.

Spike << currently using the Zumo 550

I use a Garmin Zumo 550 with a TechMount.com stem mount. I'm very happy with the Zumo and the mount. I had a small issue with the Garmin Motocycle mount with a loss of power, but Garmin replaced the mount at no charge. The Zumo is waterproof, which could be important if you get lost and are riding in the rain at the same time, not to say I've ever done that! And I guess you could go with the sandwich bag waterproofing system if it got bad and your GPS wasn't waterproof. Either way I got the Zumo for $400 so I can't complain. It has XM Radio, Bluetooth phone integration, and some great route tracking capabilities. I've used the route and track tracing many times to track where I've been and to find and mark roads that were my favorites on rides so I can find them again.
