Eddie, it's approximately 2" in Length, and about 1" wide. The link below has the exact size, and a couple of reviews about it. This is not the manufactures website, just a site that carrys the item.
I'll post some pictures of mine installed tomorrow. Using a Posi-Tap I connected the Lead Wire to the front head lamp wire (Ignition On), and then grounded the other wire to a bolt on the frame.

It is worth quite a bit actually - I am planning on having Mr. Kyle hook me up with some sweet Ohlins bits as soon as I get my tax return - Shock and Fork rework. In this day and age and with the cost of good equipment, money is always something to think about, and I'm sure not being sponsored. If you would like to discuss my ethics concerning the question you posed, just talk to Kia001. I bought a Leo Vince CF EvoII from him and paid the extra CA tax, shipping, etc., even though I could have gotten a better price somwhere else..I did this because he has helped me out with Heli Bars and answering alot of crazy questions. I'm not a backstabber or user, I just carefully pick and choose the times when I think that I will be able to really represent my thanks to those who help me out. Mr. Kyle will get my business and I really don't think that he would trade the Ohlins deal for a small return on a Power Commander. I'm going to Monterey and will be visiting Dan on the 26th to discuss the Ohlins deal, I'm sure he won't mind a bit.

Howdy Nocalboy; Anyway I was the other guy along with Spike that stated
it would probably be the right thing to buy the PC from Dan Kyle. I was not questioning your ethics concerning the purchase, just saying that if a vendor is willing to respond to your questions and his prices are competitive
then you should probably buy from him. These days, most companies would
sell refrigerators to Eskimos . Due to the thoughtful
responses that Dan gave to you, I called and spoke to him about the posibility of him rebuilding my front suspension. Dan seems to be a straight
shooter and not someone just looking at Dollar signs, so as you say, I think a guy like that is desrving of my business and hopefully any one else that
    uses this forums business.

You won't meet a better guy than Dan Kyle - PERIOD. Do business with the guy and you won't be disappointed. He sells more Ohlins bits than anybody and knows what he's talking about. I cannot apologize for the fact that I have somewhat of a racer mentality - if anybody is willing to share knowledge they expect you to use it. Business is business and I'm not sponsored by Kyle Racing Engines, although I wish I was. The fact that you already called Dan from PA to potentially do business with him (due to my post) is already worth more to Dan than selling a single PC III. I was happy to get his name out there as someone that I trust and knew would be able to help alot of folks on this site. Thanks for calling Dan you could have done a lot worse. In retrospect maybe I should have just kept that information to myself? Oh, btw anytime you want to chip in and help pay for my parts, I'll use whoever you want. Good sponsors are hard to come by. Happy Holidays.

I installed the hyper lites w/ the optional bracket. Looks good and really bright. Cut one of the wires to make it blink for ~15sec then steady brake light.

Kisan high beam modulator is pretty easy to install, it may annoy people in cars in front but should make me more conspicuous--for survival.

Would like to add the acumen dg8 gear indicator, but at $160 (exchg rate vs. pound hurting Americans), not sure if it's worth it anymore.

    Later,
    Pat

Just thought I'd drop a note to update the progress of the mods I've been working on. All I'm waiting for now is the Radar Detector, PCIII USB (Spike and Eddie Cap I do appreciate your opinions, it makes for great banter! ), ZG DB and the Seat Sak Elite. The Christmas shipping season seems to have drastically slowed my progress..........

I'm way too impatient, I already added everything I want in my first summer of ownership. Here's a list:
Penske shock, Race tech fork springs, Sargent seat, Helibars, Datatool gear indicator, Givi rack & topcase, Throttlemeister, DB windscreen. I've also changed all fluids - damn I'm all out of things to do but look at it! who can give me some more ideas? I don't gamble do drugs or chase women, so money isnt an issue (although I'll pass on the blower).

I bought the PC III usb from indysportbikes.com for $245. Haven't installed it yet though. I hate the winter. Got a few other things to do to my 02 probably around April (getting word of yet another winter storm for Iowa tonight, so I'm in a state of winter depression right now, and thinking of upcoming mods is the only thing keeping me sane). Bought these things and still waiting to install.

    My Spring list:
    Devil Racer CF exhaust
    Motad headers
    PC III usb
    AFAM front sprocket (15T)
Vortex CAT5 black rear sprocket (45T)
    DID Premium black/gold 530 chain
    Seargent seat (black trim)
    Speedohealer
black and silver VFR resevoir caps
Sik-lights red LED system (12 lights) for under tail, lower cowl, and left/right fairing radiator openings
    K&N air filter
    O2 sensor eliminators
new tires (Metzler M3's or PP2CT's - haven't bought these yet, can't decide)
    Pitbull rear stand

    Other mods in progress:
Hooking up second fan (for right radiator) with manual switch
    Remove EVAP canister
    Remove center stand
    Remove chain guard

    Mods already finished:
    ZeroG DB smoke screen
    Tank bra
    Airbox desnorkel/unhook vacuum
    PAIR removal
    Manual fan switch (on console)
    Competition Werkes fend. elim.
Removed rear pegs and grab bars
    Removed reflectors

Evertime I go into the garage I get the itch to work on her, but I'm waiting till Spring to tear her down and build her back up again.

    Hey gwolever,
    I was curious about something.
I see where you and others have mentioned 02 Sensor Eliminators. Does that completely remove them or does something go in their place? I would think removing them would throw the computer into havoc.

In my not so humble opinion, the first and best mod you should do is not to the bike but to yourself and that is a attending good track school. Becoming a smother and more skilled rider is better than any mod. But if were just talking about the bike then the biggest bang for the buck is suspension. Ohlins or Penske shock, Racetech springs and gold valves will transform your bike. Second best mod is a good seat then heated grips and then an aftermarket wind shield.

.95 springs and 5 wt fork oil. I was going to try that then the Penske then decide if I wanted to sink some real money into the forks, but I'm quite happy with the results.

There are quite a few previous threads on this subject floating around that would probably answer any questions you might have, so I won't go into a detailed description. However, you ought to give them a try - they are definately one of the best mods you can make for around $30.00, IMO.

hey benjammer, I think that with a PC III, two O@ sensors are required. Most of the people who have done this mod just pick up the dynojet elims which tricks the computer I believe. I think you would have to remove the sensors and plug the holes (unless you have catless headers). The dynojet sensor elims. only plug inot the two wiring harnesses I believe. Haven't installed mine yet. Waiting for warmer weather.

There are posts and a how-to on the VFRD forum with pics on how to use 330 ohm resistors from Radio Shack that will do the same thing. Instead of a $30 mod, it can be done for a couple of bucks if you want. The 330 ohm resist. can be fitted into the two wiring harnesses.

    My winter mod:

    1) Installed a Widder lead for my electric vest to the battery.

    Next up:

    1) Revalved front forks to get rid of the stupid Honda HMAS system.

    2) Penske or Ohlins shock for the rear.

NorCalBoy, please post on what you find out from Dan Kyle regarding the suspension work. I called his shop today and talked to his employee Alex today, and Alex's advice was to start an email correspondence with Dan directly regarding his suggestions for my set-up needs, so I will do that straightaway. The fact he is "local" is a big plus for us Nor Cal guys.

Gwolever, can you please let us know how you go/went with the extra fan mod, what parts you used etc? Was thinking of exactly the same thing myself...

    TIA
