Trade my VFR for VF500

I loved my '85 500 Interceptor so much that 20-some-odd years and as many motorcycles (many with 3-4x the HP) later, I still want another.

I'm considering offering my '94 VFR750 for a nice '86 VF500F Interceptor.

It would need to be somewhere that I can ride to from Portland, Oregon, make the swap and ride home.

Straight across trade.
More than double your horsepower instantly...

I'd also trade for a '90(?) Honda CB-1 (400cc), or VFR400.

 

You WOULD have to be across the country. I have a 500 that I would trade but I'm a little too far away. Good luck, I don't think you will have a problem trading.

 

i am in texas and have an 85 but i am sure that is wayy too far for you

I actually find it very satisfying to ride bikes that have much less technology and other unnecessary BS than current bikes. I guess most of these would be termed "character" bikes now :biggrin:
