This bike has had a complete top-end engine restoration. We reached out to MegaCycle to help us correct the cams (plus other details) so this bike is not only in nice “rider status” but it’s also under went a $5,800+ service to make sure it’s ready to ride for many more years/miles to come. Please see the maintenance section for full details.

The engine’s valvetrain was professionally reconditioned to restore camshaft profile and ensure proper valve actuation. The Gear Driven camshafts were reground and welded to restore the lobe profiles to that of a new set of camshaft, all eight rocker arms were replaced, and valve clearances were precisely set to factory specification. This comprehensive top end rebuild and service addresses everything relating to the valvetrain. In addition to this, we flushed and filled the three hydraulic systems, cleaned, rebuilt and synced the carbs, and rebuilt the forks with new fork seals and oil (7.5wt).
