Hi everyone. Just bought a 1991 VFR750. Has been sitting in barn over 10 years. I am gone revive it , as it only has 43000km . [IMG]
What oil brand and type is best best for her?
What tires should i fit? mostly normal driving, but sometimes my RACE-DNA kicks in.

Welcome aboard and congratulations on your purchase.

Any of the current sport-touring tyres are great, personally I like the Michelin Road6 which has a good steering feel and wears pretty well plus more road grip that I know what to do with, but others are also great like the Pirelli Angel GT, Bridgestone T33 or Metzeler Roadtec 02. Any new set of tyres will feel incredible after taking off a 10-year old set.

For oils, I buy anything that meets the manufacturer's specification; 10W-40 and JASO MA or MA2 (i.e. suitable for a wet clutch). I go with full synthetic but semi-synthetic is just as good for wear protection but may need to be changed more often.
