Hi folks, new member here from Ireland.Having an issue with my 1990 VFR750FL,no spark on No.2 cylinder.HT leads, plug caps&plugs are new,new battery fitted, etc. When the left&right hand coils are swapped over, the bike will run on all 4 cylinders with a healthy spark, however, when the coils are swapped back, the problem returns with no spark on cylinder 2.All electrical connections are clean&tight.

Kind of at a loss over what's causing the problem, any suggestions/ideas would be very welcome.

    Many Thanks
    Irish VFR.

Sorry for asking a potentially silly question, but why not just leave the coils swapped over, and enjoy life?

    Ciao,
