I am 6'1" and 250 lb and my poor '99 vfr shock is weak. Anyone know if a cbr shock will fit on my bike. I would like to put on a used ebay shock and I really don't want to spend $600 on a new ohlins. Also, under hard braking the front forks bottom out almost. Any good ideas of good springs to replace them with and oil viscocity? If i just screw down preload more, it justs rides harder My other bikes have been faster, but this thing is just a blast to ride and is the most fun to ride hard.
aah. Someone else asked the questions I wanted to pen down. What are the various options we have for the 5th gen shock?
